                 We all like nature and its beauty very much.We are fascinated by its charm due to its perfect designing.There are several evidences for its specificity and uniqueness.None of us can make anything as perfect as nature can. PARUNTHUMPARA is one of the tourist spots in Kerala.

                  Parunthumpara is a small village located between Peermade and Thekkady in Idukki district. The word 'parunth' in Malayalam means 'Eagle' and 'para' means 'rock'.It is called as Parunthumpara or Eaglerock because of its large area.This area provides a bird's eye view of an endless stretch of green forest land and low-lying areas. If the sky is clear, visitors can get the view of the Sabarimala forests.Sabarimala pilgrims visit the area to witness maharajyothi,making it a busy place during the pilgrimage season.

                   Some of its notable places are Tagore head, suicide point, green parks and resorts.We must  be careful while moving in the steepy slopes.Experienced drivers only should drive the vehicles while climbing the hills in order to avoid accidents.These are some of the fascinating shots of Parunthumpara.
